The hotel is decent, offering clean basic rooms, but noise can be an issue. Service was a bit slow at check-in, though the staff was welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient for our needs, being close to a mall, but the atmosphere felt cramped in some areas. Dining options were fine but could use more variety. Overall, a passable stay with some room for improvement.
